Prototyping

Our sister company Trekwerk often acquires projects for which they need to design and engineer new parts or even completely new machinery, because of the special needs their clients have. These of course need to be tested, to know whether or not their engineering team is on the right track. Creating these prototypes are an ongoing partnership between Trekwerk and BEO Staal. Also, BEO Staal does Factory Acceptance Tests of special products, such as huge lifts and revolves.

For one particular Trekwerk project, Amare in The Hague, we have helped Trekwerk create a prototype for the lifting elements used under the orchestra lifts. These are currently also being improved and prototyped for other projects.
